Print-ready PVC, converted in one workflow

PVC Sheet Printing Services

PVC printing projects succeed when the sheet surface, ink, curing method and later fabrication steps are specified together. ONE PLASTIC can supply the PVC substrate, approve print adhesion, register the artwork and convert the printed sheet into panels, displays or packaging components.

Project logic

Make the process fit the product.

Printing graphics on PVC plastic sheets
01

Different PVC sheets need different print preparation

Clear rigid sheet, white PVC and foam board do not share the same surface behavior. Surface treatment, ink series and curing settings must be confirmed on the production material before a repeat-order standard is released.

02

White ink and viewing direction matter on clear PVC

Clear packaging and display panels may be viewed through the sheet or from the printed face. Artwork layers, white underprint and reverse-print orientation should be approved on a physical sample.

03

Printing stays aligned through fabrication

The print file should include cut, crease and bend references. A single controlled workflow keeps logos and functional graphics correctly positioned on the finished part.

Production route

One controlled path from brief to delivery.

01

Confirm substrate

Match PVC construction, surface and protective film to the print system and end use.

02

Proof adhesion and color

Test the actual ink and curing settings, then approve opacity, viewing side and color.

03

Register and print

Reference graphics to cut lines, holes, folds or product datums.

04

Convert and protect

Cut, form or assemble the product and pack printed faces against scuffing.

Common questions

Details buyers ask before an RFQ.

Can clear PVC be reverse printed?+

Yes. Reverse printing can protect graphics behind the sheet, but color order, white ink and viewing direction must be shown in the artwork proof.

Can printed PVC be folded into a box?+

Yes. Printing, die cutting, creasing and folding can be planned as one conversion route using a suitable PVC grade.

How is print adhesion approved?+

The production ink is tested on the selected sheet and a representative sample is approved before the volume run.
