Clear PVC can be printed, folded, die cut and formed for packaging and display uses. Formulation and destination requirements should be confirmed early.

PETG is valued for clarity, toughness and easy heat forming. It can be useful for thicker covers, displays and formed products that need more handling strength.

Run a representative forming trial

Heating, draw ratio, trim and part release can change the answer. Trial the candidate material at production thickness on representative geometry before final release.
