Project specification
Production route
Confirm product dimensions, loading direction, clearance, insert and required retail presentation.
Set finished panels, tabs, seams, hanging features, crease direction and closure geometry.
Review sheet thickness, clarity, viewing side, color, white ink and transparent windows on a representative proof.
Register artwork to panel and manufacturing datums while protecting no-print glue and lock areas.
Convert the printed sheet and confirm folds, tabs, seams and product loading on a finished sample.
Supply flat, pre-folded or assembled boxes with orientation, quantity and artwork revision labels.
Project logic
A clear PVC folding box combines product visibility with printable branding, but the box succeeds only when the material, dieline, graphics, crease, closure and packing method are engineered together. ONE PLASTIC coordinates clear PVC sheet, UV or screen printing, die cutting, creasing, folding, bonding and delivery as flat blanks or assembled packaging.
Begin with the item that must fit inside, not an exterior box size copied from paper packaging. Product dimensions, insert, loading direction, closure and shelf orientation determine internal clearance and panel order. Hand filling may tolerate a different opening from an automated or fixture-assisted process. If the product is heavy, pointed or irregular, show the contact areas and how it is supported. A physical product sample or accurate model helps ONE PLASTIC review fit before the dieline is approved.
The sheet must provide enough stiffness for shelf presentation while still creasing and folding without unacceptable whitening, cracking or spring-back. Larger panels, hanging tabs and heavier products may require a different construction from a small cosmetic sleeve. ONE PLASTIC currently lists clear PVC thicknesses typically reviewed from 0.10 to 1.00 mm, but the final choice follows box size, fold geometry and loading. A converted sample is more meaningful than selecting thickness from a catalog value alone.
A paper-carton dieline can be a starting reference, but plastic behaves differently at folds, locks and adhesive seams. Define finished dimensions, panel sequence, crease direction, tab geometry, corner relief, glue area and hanging feature. Use one revision name across drawing and artwork. The sample should confirm that the box opens, closes and remains square after loading. If the buyer supplies an existing dieline, ONE PLASTIC reviews the crease and lock details for the selected PVC rather than reproducing it without adaptation.
Clear packaging exposes the product, overlapping panels and anything behind the print. Artwork can be printed on the face or reverse printed for viewing through the sheet. White ink can create an opaque base for color, form standalone text or preserve transparent windows. Evaluate the proof over the actual product or a representative background because translucent color changes with what sits inside the box. Keep important graphics away from crease distortion, glue zones and uncertain trim edges.
A flat sheet proof checks color and print position but does not prove corner clarity, crease resistance, closure fit or panel alignment. A representative converted box should be loaded with the product and reviewed from the intended shelf angle. Check white ink, seam position, graphic order, tab engagement and whether panels bow or spring open. Mark every approved change on the dieline so the production standard does not depend on a photograph or an informal message.
Flat blanks minimize freight volume and suit buyers with their own erecting process. Pre-folding can train crease lines while retaining efficient packing. Bonded sleeves or fully assembled boxes reduce work at the filling site but need more space and protection. Tell ONE PLASTIC how cartons enter the buyer's line and whether orientation or count bundles are required. Delivery form affects conversion labor, carton size, rubbing risk and handling, so it belongs in the original quotation.
Transparent packaging makes scratches, dust and trapped debris easy to see. Inspection should cover dimensions, panel order, print registration, white opacity, fold appearance, closure function and seam condition. Flat blanks can use clean interleaving and controlled bundle size; assembled boxes need protection against crushing and panel-to-panel abrasion. Carton labels should identify part, artwork revision, quantity and orientation without being applied to a visible box face.
Send the product or model, internal and external box dimensions, preferred PVC thickness or performance need, quantity, dieline, artwork, viewing side, white ink, closure, insert, hanging feature, sample requirement, delivery form, packing and destination. If no dieline exists, provide the product dimensions and desired box style so the structure can be reviewed. State any destination packaging or documentation requirement before material approval.

Common questions
Yes. Provide the packed product, internal clearance, finished dimensions, quantity and preferred closure so the dieline and material can be reviewed.
Yes. UV or screen printing can be planned before die cutting and creasing, with face or reverse orientation, white ink and color approved on the selected sheet.
It can be a starting point, but crease, tab, corner and adhesive details should be adapted to the selected plastic rather than copied unchanged.
White ink gives color an opaque base, creates readable text and controls which areas remain transparent. Approve it over the actual product background.
Yes. Hanging features, inserts, sleeves and product supports can be included when their dimensions and loading function are shown in the dieline.
Yes. Flat, pre-folded, bonded-sleeve and assembled delivery can be reviewed against freight volume and the buyer's filling process.
A representative converted sample checks whitening, cracking, spring-back, panel alignment and closure after the actual product is loaded.
Send product dimensions, box size, PVC requirement, quantity, dieline, artwork, print and white-ink plan, closure, insert, delivery form and destination.
