This page sells the blank, not the recorded music
ONE PLASTIC manufactures and cuts the plastic substrate. Audio preparation, groove cutting, playback testing and pressing remain the responsibility of the record-cutting studio or production partner.
Pre-cut round blanks for lathe-cut records
ONE PLASTIC supplies black PETG and GAG material for music-disc blank production, available as full sheet or precision-cut round blanks. The product is a substrate for record-cutting studios: it does not include audio mastering, groove cutting or record pressing.
Project logic

ONE PLASTIC manufactures and cuts the plastic substrate. Audio preparation, groove cutting, playback testing and pressing remain the responsibility of the record-cutting studio or production partner.
Record studios need a stable blank with smooth surfaces and controlled thickness. Production inspection focuses on flatness, edge quality, center-hole position and cosmetic condition.
Pre-cut 7, 10 and 12 inch circles can arrive ready for the buyer’s lathe setup. Custom diameters and center holes can be reviewed from a drawing.
