Match the ink to the surface

Adhesion depends on polymer type, surface energy, coating and end-use exposure. Material and ink should be tested together before a production standard is approved.

Control artwork to physical datums

Printed graphics should reference cut edges, holes or forming datums. Registration marks and an approved sample reduce alignment drift across repeat batches.

Protect the finished face

Drying, stacking, interleaving and export packing should protect ink and gloss. The packaging plan is part of the print specification, not only a logistics detail.

Can you print white ink on clear plastic?+

White underlayers and opaque graphics can be reviewed for UV printing. Final opacity and viewing direction should be confirmed on a sample.

Should sheets be printed before or after cutting?+

The best order depends on registration, forming and handling. We plan printing and cutting as one process flow.

What artwork files are preferred?+

Vector AI, PDF or EPS files with fonts outlined and colors specified are preferred for production review.
