Match the ink to the surface
Adhesion depends on polymer type, surface energy, coating and end-use exposure. Material and ink should be tested together before a production standard is approved.
Graphics that stay aligned to the part
Printing adds instructions, branding, decoration and functional graphics to a fabricated plastic part. ONE PLASTIC can combine sheet supply, cutting, printing and forming so artwork is controlled against the final geometry.
Project logic

Adhesion depends on polymer type, surface energy, coating and end-use exposure. Material and ink should be tested together before a production standard is approved.
Printed graphics should reference cut edges, holes or forming datums. Registration marks and an approved sample reduce alignment drift across repeat batches.
Drying, stacking, interleaving and export packing should protect ink and gloss. The packaging plan is part of the print specification, not only a logistics detail.

Common questions
White underlayers and opaque graphics can be reviewed for UV printing. Final opacity and viewing direction should be confirmed on a sample.
The best order depends on registration, forming and handling. We plan printing and cutting as one process flow.
Vector AI, PDF or EPS files with fonts outlined and colors specified are preferred for production review.
