Project logic

Make the process fit the product.

Plastic injection molding production equipment
01

DFM before steel

Wall thickness, ribs, bosses, draft, gate position and parting lines should be agreed before mold construction. DFM reduces rework and makes appearance expectations visible.

02

Sample approval creates the standard

First samples are reviewed against the drawing, material, color and cosmetic standard. Approved parts and inspection records become the reference for repeat production.

03

Plan secondary operations early

Printing, inserts, assembly and custom packaging can change tool and fixture decisions. Include these requirements in the first brief so the production route is designed as a complete system.

Common questions

Details buyers ask before an RFQ.

When should I choose injection molding?+

It is normally suitable when the design needs repeatable complex geometry and expected volume can justify dedicated tooling.

Can you help review my part design?+

Yes. A 3D model and target material allow the team to identify draft, wall and tooling issues before quotation is finalized.

Can molded parts be printed or assembled?+

Secondary printing, insert operations, simple assembly and custom packing can be scoped with the molding program.
