Clear parts, graphics and brand presentation

Custom Plastic Retail Displays

Retail display components must look precise at close range while surviving packing, installation and repeated handling. Acrylic and PETG can be cut, printed, bent and assembled into brand-specific display systems.

Project logic

Make the process fit the product.

01

Design for brand and rollout

Color, gloss, logo alignment, hardware and packaging must stay consistent across multiple stores. An approved golden sample creates the reference for rollout production.

02

Make assembly simple

Flat-pack features, tabs, magnets, fasteners and clear instructions reduce installation time. Transport volume should be considered before the display geometry is frozen.

03

Protect cosmetic surfaces

Protective film, interleaving, individual bags and carton partitions prevent scratches and print transfer during shipping.

Common questions

Details buyers ask before an RFQ.

Can you make one display prototype before production?+

Yes. A production-representative prototype helps approve size, appearance, graphics and assembly before a rollout.

Can displays be supplied flat-packed?+

Many designs can be optimized for flat packing or simple field assembly. This should be part of the design brief.

Can you print logos and graphics?+

UV or screen printing can be combined with fabricated acrylic, PETG and PVC components.
