Premium graphics on a premium clear material

Acrylic UV and Screen Printing

Printed acrylic is used where graphics and material finish are both visible at close range. ONE PLASTIC coordinates print, cutting, polishing, bending and bonding so the artwork follows the final display, box or sign rather than sitting on an unrelated flat sheet.

Project logic

Make the process fit the product.

Custom printed acrylic display products
01

Second-surface printing protects the image

On clear acrylic, graphics can be printed on the reverse and viewed through the material. This produces visual depth and protects the ink from routine handling when the artwork is prepared in the correct orientation.

02

Polished edges and print quality share one cosmetic standard

Acrylic products are judged by edge clarity, surface condition, print alignment and joint appearance together. Protective film and handling rules stay in place through final assembly.

03

Artwork must anticipate bending and bonding

Keep critical text and logos clear of heat-affected bend zones and adhesive joints. The drawing should identify the finished viewing direction and graphic datum.

Common questions

Details buyers ask before an RFQ.

Can you print white ink on clear acrylic?+

Yes. White ink can create opacity or support color layers; the target density should be approved on a sample.

Can acrylic be printed before bending?+

Often yes, provided the artwork and ink stay clear of the heated bend zone. The production sequence is reviewed with the design.

Can you deliver a complete printed acrylic product?+

Yes. Printing can be combined with cutting, polishing, bending, bonding and assembly.
