3D Lenticular Printing Panels

PET lenticular sheet combines a precision lens surface with interlaced artwork to create depth, flip or motion effects. ONE PLASTIC supplies the optical sheet and can coordinate cut size and compatible print requirements for panels, packaging and promotional components.

LPI follows format and viewing distance

Lower LPI creates stronger depth in thicker large-format panels; higher LPI suits cards, labels and close viewing. The artwork must be built for the selected lens pitch.

Lenticular printing is not additive 3D printing

The effect comes from an optical lens sheet over interlaced flat artwork. It does not build a three-dimensional physical object.

Registration is the critical production control

If printed strips drift from the lens pitch, the result becomes blurred or ghosted. Sheet orientation, RIP calibration and physical proof approval are essential.

Which LPI should I use?+

Lower LPI is normally selected for larger panels viewed at distance; higher LPI suits small products viewed close up. Final selection follows the project format and effect.

Can any ordinary image be printed directly?+

The source images must first be interlaced and calibrated to the selected lens pitch.

Can panels be cut to a custom size?+

Yes. Sheet and printed components can be cut to project dimensions while protecting lens orientation.
